The key is in the LLM and up-to-date, locally relevant data. The closest I've seen recently is this international nonprofit is a website yes, but it is also a discord newsgroup with active people as career mentors, sponsors, coaches. From this rich data, a Chat GPT plugin is starting to train, replicate, multiply convos for outreach- I was volunteering with their CEO for a bit and I expect great things for them to build on more and more. They are always looking for big heart volunteers if you're interested to do more :)
