Proposed as a new solution to chatGPT use cases
Any kind of compliance solution can be implemented. The idea here is to use ChatGPT to build a model from HR rules training data. For instance, each state has different FMLA rules and if a company has to create policies around that, it needs updated information for each state.
Would work with any kind of compliance system where data is different per state or when rules/laws change quickly.
