Similar to the concept of coliving but consider a long term solution where college graduates at the cusp of their careers pool resources to co-own a living space of 4-6bedrooms with the idea of developing it into a living space for starting their lives and meeting their geriatric needs on aging. The aim is once financially secure and ready to build a family they may move out to a larger space but still retain the coliving home space as a rentable or sellable asset for likeminded individuals. These spaces may be identified by real-estate individuals and applications be made as individuals and groups to select a final group of individuals willing to grow together.
