Almost like accelerator camps college and education can be remodelled around targeting societal needs and increasing job availability hence a model can be generated whereby 25 scholarship individuals can be selected annually around a societal target goal and up skilled with usable skills within that field to provide meaningful impact whilst providing them with a long term occupational plan. These students can be drafted into collaborative teams or as individuals so their skills compliment each other or are supplementary to a targeted company addressing the need for long term success. This system can further be developed if the pilot is successful. I’d be happy to work on a project like this with a team.
