Proposed as a new solution to Efficient ecommerce fulfillment
An MVP could be aggregating items from many subscriptions from many warehouses into 1 fulfillment. Having said that, it's capital-intensive and harder than a software-only business because it would require operating a warehouse.

It's important to note that shopolive.com attempted aggregated fulfillment and failed. Does anyone know why?
My belief is that cost or regulation (to reduce congestion) could create an opportunity for this idea to scale.
Whatever it is that changes, when adoption of "Amazon Day" increases, there's will be a need for the aggregated fulfillment of orders that are NOT fulfilled by Amazon.

A variant of this is aggregated via.delivery, which could further reduce cost thru aggregated delivery to pick up points.
