Home Manager

lightbulb Proposed as an existing solution to Maintaining a home takes a lot of work.

It looks like someone built something similar. Now sure how they are doing as a company.

What about a SaaS home manager (or home appliance manager) as a service? People spend a lot on subscriptions, and even though there's some fatigue, experts expect the category to continue to grow, https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2023/02/22/monthy-subscription-fees-tiring-out-consumers/11313797002/

It looks like the company may not be active anymore, even though the website is up and it appears possible to create an account (can't find pricing info though).

crunchbase has little info on it, https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/homemanager

found a record of company filings in MT where they're based, looks like company was started in 2018, and was dissolved end of 2022, https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_mt/D1096328

Looks like they may have a trademark on HOMEMANAGER https://opencorporates.com/statements/973950371 registered in 2020

https://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=88540596&caseSearchType=US_APPLICATION&caseType=DEFAULT&searchType=statusSearch

Looks like a class 42 trademark, not sure what the implications of that would be: "CLASS 42: Providing a website featuring on-line non-downloadable software consisting

of a home management system that provides monthly home maintenance guidance

consisting of written, video and live instructions, cost and savings estimates, budgeting

estimators, and networking of homeowners and home professionals"
