To address the opportunity and access gaps experienced by folks in marginalized communities, I propose one of two things:

1. A PaaS that supports seasoned business leaders to develop emerging business leaders. The PaaS is a plug-and-play playbook business owners use to mentor, coach, and convene aspiring entrepreneurs in their communities.
2. The seasoned business leaders presumably have deep connections and an understanding of their communities' pain points and aspirations. Thus, they are best suited as coaches for the folk in the pipeline there. Shared experiences also allow them to connect with aspiring entrepreneurs with unrivaled authenticity.
