lightbulb Proposed as a new solution to Homelessness in 2023+

Abundant stock of underutilized urban structures, existing successful models for needs & services in transitioning from homelessness, and a huge gap in available housing stock at the deep low end of commercial housing markets. This is ripe for coordinating a public/private partnership to collaborate with govt to generate rental-capable former homeless people and a new company to operate several "tiers" of temporary and low-end commercial housing products as an intervention.
