Preface

I started this idea 60 days ago as a productized service company to productize event logistics and operational tasks, but after being introduced to Platform I have been inspired to solve a bigger problem and pivot to productize the team-building aspect of event management.

Product & Solution

After the event organizer decides if they want to augment their current team or build one from scratch. They will be able to assemble and manage a team in 3 easy steps.

1. Get cost estimate: Use our calculator to estimate the cost of hiring FTEs or hiring through our platform.
2. Build a team: add a high-level description of the event, choose event type presets, and choose role presets (skills, hours, tech stacks comfortable with)
3. Deploy team + start event: after a few introductory calls, the organizer can address the team and stagger the team based on event timelines.

A dashboard will be built to track progress and make payments.

Note: I've spoken to representatives at two venture debt firms Liquidity Group and Silicon Valley bank that was willing to test an MVP that would solve this problem for them if I had something in place by Q2.
