MOGL is a leading technology startup on a mission to change how athletes connect with brands and monetize their audience as creators. On MOGL, athletes can source opportunities to monetize their name, image, and likeness with leading brands and their fans. The MOGL platform provides a marketplace for brands and fans to identify and connect with athlete creators and influencers while automatically disclosing the activity to university compliance. Additionally, MOGL provides universities, collectives, and agents with the technology and support necessary to manage their NIL endeavors, monitor compliance disclosures, and educate all parties.
MOGL is minority-founded and impact-focused. The company was founded by Notre Dame graduates Ayden Syal (Sports Business Journal 30 Under 30) and former Quarterback Brandon Wimbush (Front Office Sports #Rising25). The company won the 2022 SXSW pitch competition and is backed by leading venture capital firms, athletes, and sports tech executives.
While reporting to Ayden Syal, CEO, you will be expected to work long hours and be depended on for key strategic initiatives, but if you approach every day with determination and grit, you will be rewarded at a revolutionary sports tech company that is making a difference in the lives of others and revolutionizing the community of athletes, fans, and brands. Raw hours can make an impact on our business at our current stage. This means that we oftentimes work more than your typical 9-5 job.
