Research on Shareholder Voting Systems

We're interested to understand the current market landscape and the way current products work.

Description

There are a number of common vendors of shareholder voting systems. These let shareholders vote on items for upcoming shareholder meetings.

The established players seem to be:
- Glass Lewis
- ISS
- ProxyVote
- Say Technologies

But there may be others you can find too.

For each vendor, we'd like to understand:
- marketshare
- pricing
- pros/cons

We'd also like to understand how these products actually work:

- what is the UX for the company/investor relations team and the UX for the stockholder?
- who is the typical decision maker at the company / investor relations team who these companies are selling to?
