What you'll do
-Lead the technical team developing the MOGL platform and mobile application while managing external technical resources
-As the first internal technical hire, this position is responsible for building MOGL’s consumer-facing application while automating all current manual processes
-Understand technology needs, industry standards, and customer needs
-Partner with cross-functional leadership to deliver shared outcomes
-Build a vision and roadmap to deliver a world-class team
Who you are
-Expertise in PHP using the Laravel framework
-Experience building consumer-facing mobile applications and web apps with strong user retention and community
-Familiarity with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and best practices for mobile app development
-Ability to understand how to streamline the user experience and develop applications to automate processes
-Willingness and ability to work startup hours and manage external developers
-Possess a strong passion for sports and improving the lives of others
