About the Opportunity
We are seeking an entrepreneur who is passionate about leveraging technology, including AI and large language models (LLMs), to transform the construction labor market. As the leader of this initiative, you will explore innovative ways to use AI-driven solutions to solve key challenges in the construction workforce. Your role will focus on identifying opportunities where AI and LLMs can optimize processes such as job matching, skill assessment, workforce management, on-site communication, scheduling, and project staffing.
This open-ended opportunity gives you the freedom to define what the most impactful solution looks like – whether it's using AI to streamline hiring, enhance worker skill development, or improve job site efficiency. You'll be at the forefront of applying cutting-edge technology to create scalable solutions in a critical industry, with the flexibility to explore various approaches based on real-world needs and insights.

Instead of focusing on elaborate systems, start selling right away – get out there, make calls, and close deals. Sales aptitude is essential for getting your business off the ground.
Ambiguity Tolerance: Embracing ambiguity is vital for startup founders. High ambiguity tolerance means being comfortable with uncertainty and staying adaptable. It’s about moving forward confidently even when the path isn’t clear, which is essential in the unpredictable world of startups.
Venture-Backed & Tech Domain Knowledge: Experience in venture-backed startups and tech, including AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), is a significant advantage.
