build simple google sheet ncaa directors cup model

the directors cup is issued each year in college sports. it is a sort of "olympic medal count" equivalent for college sports. 21-22 is coming close to an end and it would be great to have a model of who is most likely to win the cup and who is still in the running and what needs to happen in the remaining sports for them to win. great if the model works for this year, and is easy or can autoupdate for future years.
