Tech-savvy family members don't have the ability, skills, time, resources, or patience to help their senior tech-challenged family members with tech issues or tech support like setting them up with their new/replacement smart devices, smart wearables, smart home devices, Netflix/Hulu accounts, Zoom, emails, security!, plugins, etc. It's incredibly challenging to successfully and PATIENTLY help relatives, especially in a virtual remote world.
