The Unmet Need
The current e-commerce market is segmented into two distinct arenas - new and used. This means that businesses spend a fortune managing reverse logistics and users have to use trusted third parties like Poshmark and The RealReal to buy second hand/used clothing. With this system, there is a massive amount of waste, both in the time spent by buyers and sellers but also in energy and carbon emissions in shipping items across the country and the world.
