Totally this. I thought about something like this last season. Rather than drones, I was thinking about a network of incredibly powerful water cannons fed by all water towers that could be directed at lat/lon coordinates based on satellite image hotstops.

The funny thing is I didn't actually mean to just right "this" but my computer froze up and "This" is all that came through. Water cannons sounds cool! I think the drones are actually a really cool concept here given reduction of cost recently.
