Chamath's main takeaway - the current union system is broken, but that doesn’t mean unions don’t make sense. It just means that they currently don’t work for collective bargaining. A new form of union that doesn’t feel like a tax for the union members might be hugely successful. Unions need to be reinvented by a new generation.
