Perhaps the below acknowledgment by Bezos can serve as an anchor commitment for a Union 2.0 collaboration process. Would love to follow on Ethically and see if Amazon makes progress towards this stated aspiration. “Despite what we’ve accomplished, it’s clear to me that we need a better vision for our employees’ success,” Bezos wrote in his annual letter to shareholders. He said he intends to include improving working conditions as part of his purview when he relinquishes his chief executive title for a less operational role this summer.
