Gather, Assemble, Act
We're sorry - this job is no longer available
We are sharing work-in-progress on how parts of "Union 2.0" might work for an end user.
In this mockup, we are imagining the user to be an Uber driver.
We are providing a guided tour and a self-guided tour :-)
Here is a video walk-through narrated by Head of Design, Lissette Arias: https://www.loom.com/share/8da3d5afa5cf48f08185487336847f78

At this point, we are interested in any and all questions, reactions, and ideas. All feedback is welcome - good, bad, or ugly.

A word from Design (UI, UX, CX, Product):
- We value your critique, more so than the compliments, because we love challenging our creativity. Our goal is to design the best solutions to user pain points. (Also, we don't take it personal, so, bring it on!)
- The prototype does not represent the final look & feel, or the branding, but if there's a brand you really like for this space, please share it with us. Include why you feel that way.
- What's really helpful at this stage is to know what you found confusing, did any of the labels confuse you? Was there something you expected to happen in any of the flows that didn't go the way you expected?
- Are there other things you wish we could solve? ❗️Instead of sharing proposed solutions, the efficient and MOST VALUABLE feedback for us is to know the PROBLEM, in detail.*
* To put this in perspective, approach Design the same way you approach Engineering. The same way you share with Engineering bugs with as many details as possible, share with us the pain points with as many details as possible. We'll then design the best solutions for our target users. 🙌
