 The Unmet Need

Fragmented systems: Agents often manage multiple, unintegrated tools like MLS, CRM, Prospecting for Showings, Calendar, Transaction Management, E-signature, etc. which leads to inefficiencies in managing data across platforms. The systems don’t communicate well, causing significant manual input and error-prone tasks when transferring client data across platforms.

Client interaction and emotional management: There still is no roadmap for clients, rather just phone and email as things come up. Customers rightfully are full of questions and concerns wanting their agent to earn their commission–-often times becoming a pain in the agent’s butt. Without a copilot system to assist in keeping clients in the know and educating them on the process along the way, and learning their clients preferences to improve recommended listings to show this leaves agents carrying added burden.

Coordinating stakeholders, drafting docs, and evaluating reports: Agents need to stay up to date on market reports, interest rates, economics, etc. While also coordinating appraisals, photographers, stagers, lenders, transaction coordinators, etc. They have very little time to review inspection reports and disclosures, and some feel under-prepared to interpret the technical data and require vendors to help translate the information into realtor-friendly language for their clients. This challenge is heightened by the inability to provide legal advice but still needing to guide clients through the process
